How do I check the status of my order?
A: Upon placing your order, please between 1 to 5 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through email with your own personal tracking number. If you can not find your tracking number please contact us at Contact Page and we will have it sent to you. If you do not receive any updates on your order, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Shipping & Delivery Times are very important. We have a big quality check standard which sometimes creates longer processing and handling times.
Estimated delivery time to all United Kingdom are between 7 -15 business days, depending on the product, season and demand.

I ordered multiple items. Why did I only receive one?
Often, when you order multiple items we utilize different distribution channels. As such, many times each item will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!
